The short films of this program are part of a world wide competition
on the subject of soccer, organized in 2004 by Berlin Film Festival's
Talent Campus. Many of the films, shot unconventionally and on low
budgets, use soccer as a tool to extract moments of joy under
conditions of poverty and oppression. Don't miss these impressive
experiments in style and new approaches to film making centered on
the soccer ball.
