This week, Writers With Drinks is an autopsy festival! Bring anything
dead, and we'll tell you not just how it died, but whether it had a
good life. Dead plants, dead pets, dead friends, it doesn't matter.
Nor does it matter how long they've been dead, we're that good.
Ayelet Waldman will be composing clinical elegies to your dear
departed, and Sheng Wang will tell you what wine goes with the last
thing your loved one ate. (Unless your poor dead critter was
poisoned, in which case there's really no right wine for poison
except maybe Two Buck Chuck.) John Lescroart will deduce the identity
of the murderer, and Bianca James will tell stories steamy enough to
raise the dead.

About the readers:

- Ayelet Waldman is the author of Daughter's Keeper. She rides the
rusty motorcycle of history's dreams.

- John Lescroart's thrillers include Hunt Club and the Motive. He
plays zydeco with the bones of your self-made illusions.

- Keith Knight's comics include the K Chronicles and Th(ink). He
