Moe! Staiano's 3rd annual ROCK LOTTO.

Taking up a concept the late Vaccination Records used at the Plough
some years back, diabolical percussionist (formerly from Sleepytime
Gorilla Museum) and Moe!kestra mastermind Moe! Staiano draws
musicians and combine them to form new bands, giving these slapped-
together combos only one or two rehearsals to construct an original
set list. Musicians get together and form "new rock bands" for one
night. Musical results from past Rock Lotto shows are thought out,
entertaining and rockin'!


Musicians include members from Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Splatter
Trio, Vermillion Lies, Slydini, Ettrick, Drumhead, She Mob, Darling
Freakhead, etc. and playing will be Moe! Staiano, Jacob Felix Heule,
Michael Guarino, Sheila McCarthy, Mathias Bossi, Suki O'Kane, Beau
Casey, David Cooper, Michael Mellender, Vicky Grossi, Eli Crews,
Stephan Gustafsson, Micah Ball, Alan Korn, Scott Evans, Gino Robair,
Wally Scharold, Pat Moran, Mick Freakhead, Bill Wolter, Mark Briggs,
Jon Axtell, Adam Chew, Polly Moller, Dina Emerson, Will Grant, Kim
Boekbinder, Zoe Boekbinder, Aaron Seeman, Matt Davignon, Ferrara Pan,

How to get to the FISHTANK from San Francisco:

Take Bay Bridge, get into 2nd lane from the right. STAY IN THAT LANE
UNTIL OUR EXIT! This will bring you onto 580, past a bunch of freeway
connection ramps (80, 24, 980). Ignore them all! Take the Broadway Auto
Row/Webster exit (first street level exit off of 580). Stay to the
left (DON'T take the Webster part of the exit.) This will force you
to turn right onto
Broadway. Immediately get into the left lane, take the first, very
sharp left
(almost a U-Turn) onto Piedmont. We are the 2nd or 3rd house on the left
(depending on how you count them). There is a brick facade, looks
like a dentist office or perhaps a bike shop.

How to get there from Hayward/Livermore/South Oakland:

Take 580 West to the Harrison/MacArthur Exit. Go straight till Piedmont,
(There's a Shell station on your right) then turn left. The FISHTANK
is a
couple of blocks down on the right.

From BART:

Go to MacArthur BART station, then go up MacArthur East, away from
San Francisco, towards the hills! Go maybe 8 blocks, then take a
right on
Piedmont, FISHTANK is on your right in about three blocks. NOTE:
MacArthur BART lets you out on 40th, NOT MacArthur, which is one
block or so SOUTH of 40th. 40th will work too, but it's a little
confusing as it skoots to the left before it hits Piedmont. The key
is, get yer ass to Piedmont Ave. and TURN RIGHT!
