Annie Han and Daniel Milhayo of Lead Pencil Studio are installation
artists and trained architects from Seattle who employ their interest
in space to create sculptures, drawings, photographs and site-
specific installations that expand the possibilities of built form
and the meaning of place. They have been awarded a 2005 Creative
Capital Visual Arts Grant, a 4Culture Special Projects Grant, an
Artist Trust Grant, a grant from the Graham Foundation for the
Advanced Studies in Arts and have been selected as a 2006
Architecture League of NY Emerging Voice. They will discuss their
interdisciplinary output, upcoming projects and recent work at the
Henry Art Museum in Seattle, Washington.
