SF-based performer Malcolm Hamilton (ex-Sir, Fauntleroy) performs for
the first time in 2 years, spoiling your fun in the most beautiful of
ways in a dark, electronic cabaret act ."Drawing inspiration in equal
parts from Shirley Bassey and Coil... Giorgio Moroder and Jacques
Brel, Malcolm takes his inspiration from Camp Gay Traditional Music
(CGTM)-- i.e., offensive showtunes, Weimar cabaret, hi-NRG/disco,
punk & post-punk, avant garde electronic music... and he meshes it
all together so as to ruin whatever fun the various components may
have had at one point in their own right. "
Dj's Gary Fembot and Der Blaue Reiter spin disco decadence, bizarre
nu-wave & danceable electronix before & after the show. Performance
at 11:30pm.
