Music

BLVD
Lowpro, Blvdsource.com
Drummer/producer Dylan McIntosh's bodyrocking breakbeats and Tripp
Bain's bumping basslines lay a deep low-end foundation below the
spiraling melodies of guitarist Curtis Sloane. Add in hypnotic
feedback loops and beguiling sonic effects, and you've got a dynamic
mix of breakbeat, house, and dub that carries dancers into uncharted
territory and keeps them there all night.

Laird
Get YER freak on!, Djlaird.com
A name you will often see attached to the most raging parties in the
Bay, Laird's breed of funky breaks keeps dance floors moving well
after the sun comes up. Recently voted onto SF's top 10 DJ list the
2005 DJ Dream Team, Laird is famous for spinning psychadelic
breakbeat, space funk, house music, and he is one of the masterminds
behind Golden Gate Recordings. When he's not releasing tracks on OM
Records, or inciting riots, Laird likes to wear cowboy hats and shake
his leg.

J.Tonal
Lowpro, Jtonal.com
Cofounder of Lowpro Lounge, J.Tonal has performed and produced shows
at such venues as the Nuyorican in NYC, the Middle East in Boston,
and the Royal Oak Ballroom in Detroit. He has played with such
notable musicians as DJ Shadow, Tino Corps., and Goa Gil. As resident
bad boy and live-pa crunkologist, J.Tonal brings it hard with a
dirty, beat driven mix featuring melodic influences ranging from the
classic to the experimental.

James Christopher
& Audio Angel
Lowpro, Audioangel.org
James Christopher, a longtime resident DJ at Atlanta's D&B weekly
"Sessions," co-founded the Lowpro Lounge and has performed with
members of Sound Tribe Sector 9, the Santa Cruz Hemp All Stars, and
DJ Logic. James Chris can often be found performing with Audio Angel,
without question, THE diva of San Francisco drum and bass. She
performed with James Christopher in the jungle band Rootscience, and
has recorded and performed with Sound Tribe Sector 9 regularly.
Sweetly layering her voice with the drum and bass sound you question
whether the vocals you are hearing are the sounds of an Angel.
