Truth Is Funny," was an instant success, garnering rave reviews,
first in San Francisco, then Off-Broadway and in Los Angeles, where
he won the prestigious L.A. Theater Critics' Award for his acting.
The show spawned a book, a CD, and a 90-minute Showtime Special, for
which Reynolds was nominated for an Emmy for his writing.
