Youth Speaks presents their 10th Annual Teen Poetry Slam - Grand Slam
Finals with special guest emcee Marc Bamuthi Joseph.

The first in the country, The Youth Speaks Teen Poetry Slam sets the
standard for young folks picking up the pen and grabbing hold of the
microphone. With over 600 young poets from the greater Bay Area
participating in the preliminary and semi-final rounds in San
Francisco and Oakland, 18 finalists will make it to the 10th Annual
Grand Slam Finals hosted by Marc Bamuthi Joseph. The five winners of
the Grand Slam will travel to New York City for Brave New Voices, the
International Youth Poetry Slam Festival in April. Join Youth Speaks
