4th annual Absolute Time Film Festival

The Absolute Time Film Festival presents cinema from around the
world that features films by and about under-represented communities

THURSDAY MARCH 9, 8 PM
Polleke-English subtitles. 11 year old Polleke, learns to deal with
the chaos caused by the adults in her world, the value of friendship
and her first true love.

FRIDAY MARCH 10, 8 PM
Living To Work-San Francisco director, Leah Wolchok, contemplates the
real cost of human capital.
The Lace Peddler-English subtitles. In 1950's Istanbul, a Jewish lace
peddler struggles to adapt to social change.
Walking The Line-A look at the private citizens who patrol the U.S. /
Mexican border and take the law into their own hands by searching for
immigrants who are desperate for a better way of life.

SATURDAY MARCH 11, 4 PM
Top Of A Circle-How can anything be the top of a circle? One women's
journey to her past gives her the answer that she needs.
The Triumvirate-The story of one woman's search for her birth parents.
Walk In The Light-A grass roots church and the spiritual life of its
openly gay
congregation.
Brooklyn's Bridge To Jordan-After her partner dies in a car accident,
Brooklyn must fight with her partner's family for custody of her son.
Something Other Than Other- A parents' exploration of the identity of
their
multi-racial child.
Bullets In The Hood-The story of gun violence in the streets of Bed-
Stuy.

PRICES: $5.00 - tickets can be purchased at the door the day of the
event.
