Surfrider Foundation's San Mateo Chapter invites you to their first
2006 bash featuring Surfline's Sean Collins on Thursday, February
9th, 7-10PM at 111 Minna Gallery, San Francisco. The surf
forecasting pioneer will be signing his new book, "Surfline's
Callifornia Surf Guide: Secrets to Finding the Best Waves" and show
his director's cut of "Making the Call" at 8pm, the big wave film
that covers science behind spots like Maverick's.

Afterwards, Sean will walk through an optimal swell analysis of a
local SF break and field your questions. This night includes DJ
music by Shabadoo.

Admission: $3. Entry is free for Surfrider SF/San Mateo members and
those doing new memberships/renewals at the door.

Sean Collins is also doing Santa Cruz booksigning on Friday, February
10th from 6pm-10pm at Coastline Brewery, 120 Union Street downtown,

the surf art auction & fashion show benefit for the upcoming 10th
