Since 1989, Al's Comics has provided San Francisco and Mission
District comics fans with top-quality service, great back stock, and
solid indie titles (not to mention toys, cards, and occasional
oddities).

Well, Al's lost his space and is still looking for a new one. He's
had nibbles for new space, and has gotten tremendous support from his
community of customers. A slew of folks are standing by waiting to
help him haul out his many boxes of books and things.

For now, Al wishes to show his appreciation by having one last night
in his Gurrero St. (@17th St.) "joint."

Any leads on retail space in the Mission or nearby 'hoods are
appreciated.
