A spectacular and raucus celebration for the first anniversary of The
Nekyia , an Oakland-based dance company performing Ecstatic
Tribalista Groove. If you want to know what the hell that is, come to
the event.

Performers include Director Kristina Canizares, Musical Director
Scott Sterling, dancer Elizabeth Strong, and Balkan brass band, The
Brass Menagerie. The Nekyia will be debuting its new ensemble
performance titled Pure Catnip. Meow.
