What are The Modern Problems?

The Modern Problems consist of comedians MIKE SPIEGELMAN and COLIN
MAHAN (from the sketch group FRESH ROBOTS), as well as the authors
HARMON LEON (Republican Like Me), LESTER MILTON (The Accidental
Adventures of Dogget Mann, WHITE NOISE RADIO THEATRE), JOE DONAHOE
(To Be Santa You Have To Be Tested) and BUCKY SINISTER (Whiskey and
Robots).

It's not sketch. It's not standup comedy. It's not a whiney one man
show. It's not a poetry slam. It's not avant-garde performance art.
It's not an improv group. It's not a mime troupe. It's not an Anarcho-
Vegan Protest art show.

It's a group of people who used to do all these things, but now do
something different but never at the same time. It's The Modern
Problems. They're comedic, they're tragic, and best of all, they're
funny.

Bleeding-edge ulcers, ruptured spleens, and busted nuts...the Hemlock
Tavern's monthly comedy night, Club Chuckles, is an oral probe into
the mouth of the spit take. 10 drink maximum strongly enforced.
