Celebration! Sponsored by Alameda Island Poets, a chapter of the
California Federation of Chaparral Poets, with special guest David
Koppel. Hear poetry, prose and David Koppel, will read from his play
SUCCESS, based on Lond's semi-autobiographical novel Martin Eden.
Everyone is welcome to attend, enjoy the readings, read something of
their own, and have some birthday cake. Jack London actually lived in
Alameda for a brief period, and started elementary school here.
