For the past 11 years, Shelby Toland, Dave Krzysik and a crew of curators and judges have been assembling an amazing variety of films and video as part of the annual Brainwash Movie Festival. This year’s installment returns to its roots as a drive-in/bike-in event and takes place on Friday, July 8th and Saturday, July 9th at The Alliance for West Oakland Development parking lot in Oakland.
